Associate Professor Dr. Yahya Turan's Speech Titled "The Future Will Come with Kindness"

As part of the “Peer Courtesy” project conducted by the Bandırma District National Education Directorate, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yahya Turan gave a speech titled “The Future Comes with Courtesy.”

The program, held at Bandırma Anatolian High School, brought together students, teachers, and school administrators. The event addressed the topics of promoting a culture of courtesy among students, raising awareness against peer bullying, and developing healthy communication skills.

In his speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yahya Turan emphasized that courtesy is an important value not only in individual relationships but also in school and community life. He stated that students using understanding, inclusive, and constructive language towards each other would positively contribute to the educational environment.

The program also included presentations on empathy skills, healthy communication methods, cyber-courtesy, and social media ethics. At the end of the event, “Peer Courtesy Ambassadors” selected from different schools were introduced, and students collectively made a “Courtesy Pledge.”
