Letters (a) and (b) inform that university students, mostly aged 19-25, have been opening their bank accounts, bank cards, IBAN numbers, and digital wallets to third parties for the purpose of generating income, and that these accounts are being used by third parties as "intermediaries" in transferring proceeds of crime. As a result, account holders are facing serious charges such as fraud, money laundering, and financing terrorism. To prevent university students from becoming victims of these issues, it is requested that the warning texts and posters attached to the aforementioned letters be made available to students. To prevent students from facing the aforementioned charges and suffering victimization, it is requested that the warning texts and posters sent by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the Ministry of Interior be disseminated through appropriate and convenient means, taking into consideration the issues mentioned in the aforementioned letters.
